This program is for aspiring candidates who already excel at the Physical Screening Test (PST) who must further develop their endurance, strength, and resilience to dominate BUD/S rather than merely survive it.
If you do not surpass the PST standards to be a Navy SEAL then we recommend putting this program down and getting our PST prep program.
